Volunteer Open Day at Earthship Fife Saturday 21st February

The Earthship is a fully autonomous, self-sustaining building, overlooking Kinghorn Loch, which uses wind, water and solar energy, catches its own water supply and treats its own sewage. SCI are looking for help to open up this unusual, educational building to the public or to help with maintenance.

Come along for a free tour and refreshments on Saturday 21st February and find out how the Earthship works and how you could help, if you have a few hours to spare and you are interested in unusual buildings. Come along any time between 11am and 2pm for a look around and a chat.

Sustainable Communities Initiatives is a small charity and we are also looking for help with general admin and marketing to support our projects at the Earthship and in the community.
